A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL

No worries—our packages do not come with a return label. Simply reach out to [email protected], and we’ll assist you with the return or exchange process.

C. RETURN PROCESS

  • Order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (Order confirmation screenshot)

  • Reason for return

  • To ensure a smooth process, please include a photo or video of the defective or damaged product as evidence for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email notification confirming its completion. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credited amount in your account.

D. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

E. EXCHANGES

We only process exchanges for damaged, incorrect, or defective products, as well as items received in the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected].

G. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your request within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, depending on the production department’s processing status.
